Is it really that easy to request a quinceañera mass?
Yes, here at Our Lady of Fatima we understand how stressful it can be to plan a quinceañera celebration. We are not interested in stressing any one.
Do I have to have my sacraments to be able to have a quinceañera mass?
No. This is a birthday celebration there for no sacraments are necessary. Keep in mind that if you have not received the Sacrament of Holy Communion you will NOT receive communion the day of.
How much time in advance could I request a date for my quinceañera mass?
You can come in at least 1 year before to request a date.
What time will my quinceañera mass be celebrated?
Your quinceañera mass will be at 2:00 pm.
Do we have to provide someone to play music for the mass?
Yes.
Do I need to have padrinos for my quinceañera celebration?
This is YOUR special day. Padrinos are not necessary, but if you would like to have padrinos that is ok.
Will there be a rehearsal for my quince?
A rehearsal is not necessary as long as you and your parents arrive by 1:30 pm.
If you wish to have a rehearsal please email Elvira Ochoa at eochoa@olfmodesto.org at least 3 weeks prior to your quinceañera date.
What is the cost for me to celebrate my quinceañera mass at OLF?
The cost is $1,000. Our Lady of Fatima Church charges this amount to offset the various expenses involved in providing this special celebration.
